After the payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with the registration email and code immediately. Please check your inbox. If you do not receive your code, please check your spam folder in case our registration email was marked as spam.
If there is also no email in your spam folder, it is possible that the order is unfinished or you entered the wrong email address when purchasing. Please contact our support team at support@tunecable.com with your order receipt, possible email address, and order number. We will help locate your order as soon as possible.

Q2. Received the registration information, but there is nowhere to download the program?
Please download the program you've purchased from our Download Center.

Q3. What can I do if I get the message "Invalid Code" when trying to register?
First, please make sure that you have downloaded the correct program. The registration information is case sensitive, so please do not add blanks at the beginning or the end of the code. It is recommended to directly copy and paste the registration email and code from the license email you received to avoid any typos. If you are sure that you are running the correct program and following the instructions but still get the error message, please email support@tunecable.com for help.

Q4. Is the code available on both Windows version and Mac version of TuneCable programs?
Sorry, no. The registration code is only valid for the specific program version you purchased. If you purchased the Windows version and would like to activate the Mac version as well, you will need to purchase the Mac version separately.

Q5. What should I do if I accidentally purchased the wrong product?
If you are still within the refund-guarantee period, please directly purchase the correct product you want and then contact our support team with both order IDs. We will then immediately refund the incorrect one to you.
If you are outside the refund period, we cannot change the product or refund the wrong product. For other refund requests, please refer to our Refund Policy.
